1. Booking & Reservations
- Online bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email/SMS.
- Immediate bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
- Accurate pickup/drop-off details are required to avoid delays and fees.
2. Rates, Fees & Payment
- Quoted rates exclude tolls, parking, additional stops, and wait time unless specified.
- Extra wait time beyond grace periods is billed in 15-minute increments.
- Payment is due at time of booking or service completion; a valid payment method is required.

3. Cancellations & No‑Shows
- Standard trips: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup unless stated otherwise.
- Airport transfers: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before scheduled pickup.
- No‑shows at pickup location will incur full fare plus applicable fees.

4. Service Rules & Conduct
- Seatbelts are required for all passengers; children must use appropriate safety seats.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances in vehicles; discretion for alcohol consumption applies.
- Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.

While we strive for punctuality, Arise Transit is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Liability & Limitations
Arise Transit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for lost or unattended items. Found items may be returned upon request; additional courier fees may apply.
